We started KylAfrica on a simple conviction: as automation scales, understanding people becomes the real advantage. Machines can process an entire market in seconds and still miss the reason someone chooses one brand over another.
So we built a practice that goes to the ground, into homes, markets, feeds and communities, and brings back evidence that actually moves strategy. Then we connect that evidence to brand, creative and media, so insight doesn't stop at a slide.

Together, our five-person core team brings over 200,000 hours of combined expertise, the equivalent of 100 years, reaching back to 2006 across 15+ African markets. We've worked with leading brands in Africa and worldwide, including Coca-Cola, Unilever, P&G, Meta, Safaricom, Airtel Africa, Betika and Betway, with deep proficiency in PSP application and compliance across East Africa and pioneering iGaming licensing and research in Kenya since 2018.
